We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, restrict access, or remove content where we reasonably believe that these Terms have been breached, the platform is being misused, fraudulent activity is suspected, payment issues arise, or such action is necessary to protect our business, systems, users, or legal position.
CvSensei may offer both free and paid access tiers. Features available under each tier may vary and may change over time.
Paid subscriptions may provide access to additional templates, enhanced ATS scanning, premium export functionality, advanced editing tools, or other premium benefits.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay all fees shown at checkout. Prices, billing intervals, subscription benefits, and feature availability may be updated from time to time at our discretion. Changes will not affect billing periods already paid for, unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.
Unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase, subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of the relevant billing period. It is your responsibility to manage or cancel your subscription before the next renewal date if you do not wish to continue.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any promotional code where it was used in breach of these Terms, obtained unlawfully, applied to the wrong product or account, or affected by a technical or pricing error.
CvSensei provides digital tools and digitally delivered services. This includes the ability to create, edit, store, and export CV documents, including PDF downloads.
You acknowledge that once digital services are accessed, used, consumed, generated, exported, downloaded, or materially delivered to you, the value of the service may be partially or fully used. This is especially relevant where premium templates, ATS scans, or PDF exports are made available immediately after purchase.
Important: By purchasing a paid plan and using premium digital features immediately, you expressly request immediate access to digital services and acknowledge that parts of the service may be performed without delay.
Due to the nature of digital services and instantly accessible digital features, refunds are generally limited.
As a commercial policy, refund requests submitted more than 48 hours after purchase will not be accepted.
Any refund request made within the first 48 hours after purchase will be reviewed at our discretion, taking into account factors such as whether the account has used premium features, generated documents, exported files, downloaded PDFs, received ATS analysis, or otherwise consumed the paid service.

You retain ownership of the personal content, text, and information you upload or enter into CvSensei, subject to the rights necessary for us to operate the service.
By uploading or submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, reproduce, format, adapt, and display that content solely to the extent necessary to provide, maintain, secure, improve, and support the service.
You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of all content you submit. You warrant that you have all rights, permissions, and authority necessary to use such content.
CvSensei may provide AI-assisted tools, automated content suggestions, CV scoring, ATS compatibility insights, and similar features. These tools are provided for informational and support purposes only.
While we aim to provide useful and practical assistance, we do not guarantee that:
You remain solely responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying, and approving all final content before use.
All intellectual property rights in the CvSensei platform, including but not limited to branding, designs, templates, layout, software, code, user interface elements, logos, graphics, written content, and service structure, are owned by or licensed to QUANTISNET LTD unless otherwise stated.
You may use the service only for its intended personal or internal business purpose. You may not copy, republish, distribute, modify, sell, license, or create derivative works from the platform or its content, except as expressly permitted by us in writing or as required by law.
We do not guarantee that CvSensei will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times. Access may be affected by maintenance, upgrades, security incidents, third-party failures, internet disruptions, software bugs, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the service at any time where reasonably necessary.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CvSensei and QUANTISNET LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or reputational harm, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you to us for the relevant subscription or service during the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QUANTISNET LTD, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:
We may suspend or terminate your access to CvSensei immediately, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, created legal risk, misused the service, failed to pay applicable fees, or acted in a way that may harm our systems, reputation, users, or business.
Termination does not affect any accrued rights, payment obligations, or provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, liability limitations, indemnities, and dispute terms.
Your use of CvSensei is also subject to our Privacy Policy and any related Cookie Policy, which explain how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data.
By using the service, you acknowledge that your personal data may be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
CvSensei may rely on or integrate with third-party services, including hosting providers, payment processors, analytics tools, AI providers, or document-generation services.
We are not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, outages, or policies of third-party providers, except where required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on cvsensei.com and will take effect from the date stated at the top of the page unless otherwise specified.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland.
Subject to any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law, the courts of Scotland shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of CvSensei.
